In the save dialog box, there's a checkbox 'include media within presentations'. Once the Playlist is put together you can export the entire thing. I create a Playlist for the service and add the individual presentations that I need for that service. For example, say we have the following service orderĮach individual item is considered a separate presentation and is saved in the library.
Others are saying to export the presentation, shouldn't it be the Playlist? The way I set up a service in ProPresenter is to have individual items, each item is a presentation, and the service as a whole is a playlist. I want to clear up a few semantics, for myself too, so anyone else feel free to chime in. You really need to test all of this before Sunday morning. Do that, save the file on a thumb drive, be sure to copy the file to the windows computer, don't run it from the thumb drive. On my Macbook, if I two-finger tap on the Playlist it gives me the option to export. You should be able to export the entire Playlist and then import it on the Windows computer.
I haven't used ProPresenter on Windows since version 5, so this may be different now.
